How the pilot works
Everydae partners with local businesses to create small, memorable surprises for customers. During the pilot, prepaid "moments of kindness" are delivered at random times, covering a customer's order and creating a memorable experience.

What You Get
$360 Pre-Funded Pilot
Covers 20 moments up to $18 each (including staff tip). At the end of the pilot we either true-up or roll funds forward.

Ready for staff to hand out during the scheduled surprise moments.
Simple In-Store Setup
T-stand or poster announcing your partnership, clear staff instructions, and holders for kindness cards and receipts.

How It Works
A Moment is Triggered
At the time written on the top card, the next order up to $15 ($18 with tip) qualifies. Dates and time and pre-populated for you.
Deliver the Surprise
Hand the customer a branded Everydae kindness card.
Ring It Up Normally
Add a 20% tip for staff, apply a 100% discount, and place the printed receipt in the Everydae receipt holder.
We Handle Reconciliation
Everydae reviews receipts or a report from your system and finalizes the balance at the end of the pilot. Unused funds can roll forward or be trued up.
Fully funded by the Everydae community
Moments are funded by Everydae members or customers using QR codes. Gifters cover the platform fee and credit card processing.
Businesses do not pay anything to participate.
